Refund Policy

You can cancel CS2Diff Pro at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your Pro features stay active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Nothing is deleted when you downgrade — free limits simply apply again.

If CS2Diff Pro isn't what you expected, email cs2diff@gmail.com within 14 days of a charge and we will refund that payment in full. Refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Subscriptions renew automatically. If a renewal caught you by surprise, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it as long as the period was largely unused.

We do not refund periods that have already been substantially used, or accounts suspended for breaching the Terms of Service. Statutory rights in your country always take precedence over this policy.

Email cs2diff@gmail.com from your account email address with the date of the charge. We aim to answer within two business days.
